At Majoy Edible Paint Solutions, we believe the quality of your experience starts the moment you place your order. Whether you’re a professional cake artist or an enthusiastic creative, our team takes care to ensure that your supplies are packed securely and delivered reliably across South Africa.
This policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery, shipping timeframes, and related logistics.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been packed and handed over for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
We currently offer delivery to all valid physical addresses within South Africa.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, post offices, or courier depots. All deliveries are fulfilled using standard courier services. We do not offer same-day or express delivery.
Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy, our trusted logistics partner.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment at www.thecourierguy.co.za.
While delivery times may vary based on your specific location, the following estimates apply:
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Courier delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Total estimated fulfilment time: 3–6 business days from the time your order is placed
